We're thrilled to announce the latest feature to our Fit Quiz, size and fit recommendation solution - the addition of automatic multi-language support. This feature is particularly beneficial for stores targeting international audiences and offering multiple languages on their websites.
If you're a retailer with multi-language support, Fit Quiz can now automatically detect the selected language on the website and display the Fit Quiz in that language. This ensures a seamless and intuitive shopping experience for your global customer base. Getting the right size and fit is now even easier – in the language that your shoppers speak.
This automatic multi-language support feature is available on all our plans, opening up a world of opportunities for stores of all sizes.
Fit Quiz's new feature identifies the currently selected language on a website and adjusts accordingly. This means the key elements of Fit Quiz, including the call-to-action button on a product page, questions and answers in the Fit Quiz widget, and messages about the recommended size, will all be presented in that language.
While the process is typically automated, there may be instances where it requires a slight adjustment from our technical team. We encourage you to reach out for assistance if you need help or have any doubts.
We currently support 16 languages, including: English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Slovakian, Turkish, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, and Hebrew.
If your language isn't on the list, fret not! We're constantly expanding our language library. Just contact us, and we'll add your required language. This is easily done via our translation admin and is entirely free of charge.
If you wish to update translations, this is presently performed via our internal admin (not directly on the Shopify app). Simply get in touch with us, and we'll provide access to our translation admin.
