User Research Intern

We’re looking for a User Research Intern to help us take our solutions to the next level in usability, utility, and design. You will work on gathering valuable insights from our customers, analysing user metrics and participating in improving our solutions, so easy-to-use and enjoyable user experiences get built. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to do meaningful user research.

You will:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Synthesize user research to produce easy-to-understand artefacts for non-researchers.
  • Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Easysize employees.

You have:

  • Strong self-initiative and motivation to seek new ideas, technology, and leading-edge techniques.
  • 1+ year Experience in working in user research, digital product design, user experience, interaction design, or related fields – even if just in an academic context.
  • Experience conducting usability studies, user interviews, contextual inquiry, and other user research tasks, even if just in an academic context.
  • Ability to translate user research into actionable user experience and product design.
  • Experience turning user research recommendations into wireframes, even if just low-fidelity.
  • A portfolio of work, even if it is just from class, that showcases your skills.

Please note the position is unpaid and to start in June for the duration of 3 - 6 months. This position can be full- or part-time.

Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for a ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. This person must be passionate about evangelizing our values while closing pivotal business prospects. This means we need an inspired and experienced strategic thinker who can use their unique personality, creativity and grit to expand our pipeline with high profile customers. You will understand and communicate how Easysize can be best used for each use case and manage complex deal cycles. The ideal candidate also has the opportunity to help build a future Enterprise Sales team, so we expect a strong go-getter!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Outbound SDR team to build a pipeline and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Easysize’s dream customers
  • Navigate through complex sales cycles.
  • Present the value of Easysize to decision makers.
  • Evangelize the Easysize vision through product demonstrations, field marketing events and account-specific initiatives.
  • Contribute to building out our strategic accounts sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B software sales.
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
  • International travel
  • Keen interest in the tech industry
